Our Story
We began our journey in 2002 as a digital marketing company, quickly growing to become a leading web hosting provider in Sri Lanka. Over time, we expanded into remote staffing, specializing in virtual assistants, and even ran our own eCommerce business in the clothing niche. Along the way, we discovered a critical insight: delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining customer happiness is harder than it looks. Finding the right people and keeping customer experiences consistent was a constant challenge, and it became even more difficult during peak seasons, when high volumes tested every system and process.
Recognizing this challenge, we decided to transform our IT business into a full-fledged Customer Experience (CX) company, focused on putting humans first while leveraging AI.
